The Galley will now be closing on Monday and Tuesday evenings until early Spring. Also, the 2 for £10 meal offer has now been suspended. These actions have unfortunately been taken due to the lack of demand on Monday and Tuesday evenings, apologies to all members. New menus will be available shortly for the for the Spring and Summer 2010. Please see the Galley pages for further information and links to our new menus. Better still - come in and sample some of our new dishes. Try our much acclaimed ‘Chef’s famous Fish and Chips’ from freshly prepared fish. Our well renowned ‘Curry Night’ is on every Friday night. Forthcoming Events A number of events have already been planned by ‘The Divers’ , The ‘Ladies Section’. and ‘The House’. Further events are to be planned by the ‘House’ which are likely to include bands, discos and special internationally themed evenings with an appropriate galley menu to match. The club is always very active during the winter season and many events have been staged this Autumn, which include Brewery visits, Gentlemen and Ladies Dining experiences, Bands, Social evenings, Cheese and Wine evenings, Talks, Darts matches. Memebrs who have not attended any of these have missed out on some very good events. Details of these events can be accessed via the above link or navigation button. Talks The usual wide range of Thursday Evening Talks has now commenced. The talks are finalised until Xmas but there are still some vacant slots in the New Year. Any member who has a topic that he/she considers to be of interest for these series of talks - please contact Peter Reynolds at the club or email member.email@ntlworld.com . Club eLetter The members who have provided the club with their e.mail addresses are now receiving occasional newsletters which keep them informed of all major issues and events happening within the club. It is hoped that the content will be expanded in forthcoming months and more regular distribution will occur. If you wish to keep informed then please ensure the club has your email address. YOU ARE MISSING OUT IF YOU MISS THE NEWSLETTER !!!!! Club Cameras The software on the club server has now been updated and the cameras should now be accessible from computers with all Windows operating systems.
