The diving section are planning to take a large part in the water based activities of the WATER CARNIVAL with many of their innovative competitions and demonstrations. These have always proven to be of great interest to everyone. The water activities will include:
‘Tug of War’ on the pontoons, ‘Relay Race’ teams in the water, ‘Damsel in Distress’ rescue, and ‘Three-legged swimming race’.
It is also hoped that rides may be available on the river in inflatable boats. The section will also be manning a number of stalls including: the ‘Diving Equipment (2nd Hand)’ , ‘BSAC’ promotion stand and THE ‘Beefburger and Food’ stand. The divers are renowned for their BBQs!
Also other activities - kept secret until the last moment!
