Fitness Class - Fit Steps

Members who are interested in Keep Fit can come along to a new Fitness Class called Fit Steps held in the Club basement every Thursday Evening.

Inspired by Strictly Come Dancing you can get fit dancing to the

Cha Cha, Jive, Waltz, Quickstep and more.

No dance experience needed and no partner required.
